On 2 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of House of Filippov, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by AMC Central Trust Company, closed joint-stock company;
to register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Residence, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by AMC Trust-Capital, limited liability company;
Technological Investments, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by AMC Pallada Asset Management, closed joint-stock company.
