The Bank of Russia decided to refuse to issue exchange licences to the following legal entities:
the Moscow-based Unified Exchange of Reconstruction and Development, joint-stock company (TIN: 7725763813); and
the Moscow-based NOVAYA EXCHANGE, joint-stock company (TIN: 7703480297).
