On 30 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to include information on the following entities in the state register of microfinance organisations:

• FAVORIT-FINANCE, limited liability company (the city of Sergiyev Posad);
• Financial Assistance Club, limited liability company (the city of Nizhny Novgorod);
• BYSTROZAIM, limited liability company (the city of Khabarovsk);
• Microfinance organisation KapInvest, limited liability company (the city of Cherepovets);
• CARALL, limited liability company (the city of Penza);
• Volgograd Express, limited liability company (the city of Volgograd);
• Microfinance organisation Veles, limited liability company (the city of Ussuriysk);
• Microfinance company Narodniy Zaim, limited liability company (the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Kstovsky District, the village of Afonino);
• Affordable Rubles, limited liability company (the town of Malgobek);
• Fast Loan, limited liability company (the town of Verkhneuralsk);
• Express-Credit, limited liability company (the town of Belovo);
• Sibfinancecredit, limited liability company (the city of Krasnoyarsk);
• M-Capital, limited liability company (the town of Nevyansk);
