On cancelling banking licence

By it Order No. OD-1820, dated 29 July 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled the banking licence of the Moscow-based credit institution joint-stock company Non-banking Deposit-Credit Organisation Credit Guaranty Agency or JSC NBDCO CGA from 23 July 2015.

The Bank of Russia cancelled the banking licence of JSC NBDCO CGA pursuant to Article 7 of Federal Law No. 156-FZ, dated 29 June 2015, ‘On Amending Certain Laws of the Russian Federation on Development of Small and Medium-sized Business in the Russian Federation’ due to the record made by the Moscow Division of the Federal Tax Service on 23 July 2015 to the Unified State Register Of Legal Entities on the change of name of the joint-stock company Non-banking Deposit-Credit Organisation Credit Guaranty Agency or JSC NBDCO CGA into the joint-stock company Federal Corporation for Small and Medium-sized Business Development (JSC Corporation SMB) and the company’s application for licence cancellation on 24 July 2015.

Pursuant to the said order, on 29 July 2015 a record on the state registration of the credit institution joint-stock company Non-banking Deposit-Credit Organisation Credit Guaranty Agency or JSC NBDCO CGA was stroke off the State register of credit institutions.
