On Bank of Russia decisions

On 31 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register documents of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange as per list:

rules of organised trading for concluding agreements in the form of derivatives of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange,

rules of organised trading with securities of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange,

rules of admission to organised trading for concluding agreements in the form of derivatives of the open joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange;

to reissue forms of exchange licences to the following entities:

joint-stock company Moscow Energy Exchange (the city of Moscow) to carry out organised trading due to a change of the brand name,

public joint-stock company Saint Petersburg Exchange (the city of Moscow) to carry out organised trading due to a change of the brand name;

to reissue form of clearing licence to the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Clearing Centre MSE due to a change of the brand name.
