On registering documents

On 24 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register documents of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Moscow Energy Exchange as per list:

Procedure for organising trading monitoring and supervision over trading participants and other persons of the joint-stock company Moscow Energy Exchange;

Regulation on measures to mitigate risks arising from the activity of trade organiser of the joint-stock company Moscow Energy Exchange;

Rules of organised trading in the futures market section of the joint-stock company Moscow Energy Exchange;

Rules of organised trading in the natural gas section of the joint-stock company Moscow Energy Exchange.
