On Bank of Russia decisions 30 June 2014 

On 30 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Surgut-based limited liability company Central Surgut Depository.

2.To register amendments and addenda to the Insurance rules of the Moscow-based non-governmental pension fund Renaissance Life and Pensions.

3.To re-issue documental confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following organisations:

— Moscow-based limited liability company CITY CAPITAL CENTRE Management Company due to the change of name (previous name: limited liability company SoftLight) and location;

— Moscow-based limited liability company Institute of Project Financing Management Company due to the change of location.

4.To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Rostov-on-Don-based closed joint-stock company New Management Technologies.

5.To register amendments and addenda to the Insurance rules of the Moscow-based non-profit organisation non-governmental pension fund Atomgarant.

6. To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of keeping the register of investment units owners of unit investment funds of the Saint Petersburg-based open joint-stock company DOHOD Investment Company.
