On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to INSURANCE COMPANY SOYUZ-ZHIZN, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4022, location: 54/34/41 Myasnikova Street, office 1Ж, Rostov-on-Don, 344019; TIN 6163084270, PSRN 1076163004060, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-518, dated 5 March 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Aleksandr Kublikov (mailing address: P.O. Box 51, Moscow, 107014) member of the non-profit partnership Association of Receivers Vozrozhdenie (address: 41 Myasnitskaya Street, bldg. 4, Moscow, 101000), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
