On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the joint-stock insurance company Express Garant (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 2512, location: 120Б 8 Marta Street, Yekaterinburg, 620144; TIN 6608004240, PSRN 1026602951550, hereinafter, the Company о).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-351, dated 12 February 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Sergey Tatarinov (mailing address: 121 Pyatnitskaya Street, Kirov, 610046) member of the non-profit partnership Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District (address: 3 Ostapovskiy Proezd, bldg. 6, office 201, 208, Moscow, 109316) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
