On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the closed joint-stock company Medical Insurance Company ASK-Med (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1420, location: 1 Gagarina Prospekt, Saint Petersburg, 196105; TIN 7810625998, PSRN 1027804891883, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-427, dated 24 February 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Sergey Kryazhev (mailing address: 27 Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, apt. 10, Moscow, 125008) member of the non-profit partnership Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Professional Receivers (address: 29 Leninskiy Prospekt, bldg. 8. Moscow, 119071), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
