On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the closed joint-stock company Insurance Company AVESTA (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3156, location: 39 Radishcheva Street, bldg. H, Saint Petersburg, 191123; TIN 7825367676, PSRN 1027809186382, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-349, dated 12 February 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Vladimir Iosipchuk (mailing address: 63 Sokolova Street, P.O. Box 8057, Rostov-on-Don, 344000), member of the non-profit partnership Siberian Association of Receivers (address: 10 Berezhkovskaya Naberezhnaya, office 200, Moscow, 121059) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
