On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Insurance Company ROST, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 0384, location: 10 Kuzbasskaya Street, Kemerovo, 650000, TIN 4205062622, PSRN 10442050009970, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-347, dated 12 February 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Pavel Osipov (mailing address: 7 Tverskaya Street, P.O. Box 12, Moscow, 125009), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Independent Receivers DELO (address: P.O. Box 6, Moscow, 123317) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
