On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the closed joint-stock company Insurance Company ASK-Petersburg (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1709, location: 1 Prospekt Gagarina, Saint Petersburg, 196105; TIN 7825072753, PSRN 1027804857365, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-428, dated 24 February 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Vladimir Semenov (mailing address: P.O. Box 59, Voronezh, 394030,), member of the non-profit partnership of Leading Receivers Dostoyaniye (address: 7 Ploshchad Konstitutsii, office 417, Saint Petersburg, 196191) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
