On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the closed joint-stock company Insurance Company AVESTA-Med (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 2816, location: 39 Radishcheva Street, bldg. H, Saint Petersburg, 191123; TIN 7825343227, PSRN 1027809208811, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-348, dated 12 February 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Vladimir Gusev (mailing address: 9 Solovyinaya Roshcha Street, apt. 43, Moscow, 125466), member of the non-profit partnership Association of Managers and Receivers (address: 32 Nizhegorodskaya Street, bldg 15, Moscow, 109029), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
