On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Radonezh Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 3118; location: 12 Berezhkovskaya Naberezhnaya, Moscow, 121059 (new locations: 6 Proizvodstvennaya Street, bldg. 13, Moscow, 119619; 9A Novoperedelkinskaya Street, office No. III, Moscow 119633); TIN 7744003092; PSRN 1037744005562) for a period of six months.

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence due to the violation of requirements to ensure financial stability and solvency (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3670, dated 26 December 2014).

The powers of the executive bodies of Radonezh Insurance Company, limited liability company, are suspended.

Liliana Alferova, receiver (mailing address: 101B Prospect Mira, Moscow, 129085), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Receiver Organisation Interregional Centre of Experts and Receivers (101B Prospect Mira, Moscow, 129085), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
