On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow (case No. А40-226060/15-36-92B), dated 22 January 2016, on finding insolvent (bankrupt) of the credit institution Just Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3503, date of registration — 13 July 2011), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-332, dated 3 February 2016) to terminate from 3 February 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Just Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2982, dated 2 November 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Just Bank, Limited Liability Company, or LLC Just Bank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
