On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Daghestan, dated 9 October 2015, on case No. А15-3479/2015 on forced liquidation of the credit institution Non-bank Settlement Credit Institution MGB, limited liability company (Bank of Russia registration No. 2866-K, date of registration is 1 June 1994) and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2990, dated 2 November 2015) to terminate from 3 November 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-bank Settlement Credit Institution MGB, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2236, dated 21 August 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-based Credit Institution Non-bank Settlement Credit Institution MGB, Limited Liability Company, or NBSCI MGB LLC, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
