The Bank of Russia auction to provide US dollar loans secured by the pledge of claim on US dollar loans for the term of 28 days, announced by the Bank of Russia on 30 October 2015, was recognised as invalid due to the absence of bids.
The auction was announced on the following terms:
The maturity is 28 days (the settlement date is 5 November 2015, the maturity date is 2 December 2015). The type of the auction is a Dutch one. The maximum allotment amount is 0.5 billion US dollars.
