On 27 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend an issue of series 02 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bonds of the limited liability company Yuzhnaya Fondovaya Kompaniya (Krasnodar territory) placed through public subscription;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company First National Pension Fund placed through share allotment, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80179-N;

to resume an issue and register a report on the results of the issue of B2/3 Class non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Multioriginatory Mortgage Agent 1 placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-06-82069-Н;

to resume an issue and register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Passenger Company Sakhalin (Sakhalin region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33035-F-001D;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Renta (the Udmurt Republic) placed through the exchange of shares in the authorised capital of the limited liability company Renta to the ordinary registered shares of the joint-stock company Renta during reorganization through conversion, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50510-А;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Energoservice placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-53844-H-002D;

to register a report on the results of an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based limited liability company Fondonye Strategicheskie Initsyativy placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36481-R;

to register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Automotive Glass Alliance Rus (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-53770-К-004D;

to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Avangard (Smolensk region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue of securities is 1-01-13330-А-004D;

to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55393-Е-002D.
