On securities issue

On 1 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Khanty-Mansi non-governmental pension fund (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra) placed through distribution of shares, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50191-А;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Magnit (the Krasnodar Territory) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80178-N;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund of metal workers (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50178-А;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the non-governmental pension fund Professional (joint-stock company) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50175-А;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Interregional non-governmental pension fund BOLSHOI (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80165-N;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Ural Heavy-Duty Vehicles — UralVagonZavod (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-05520-К-004D;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund Vladimir (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares during reorganisation through conversion, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80167-N;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company New Forwarding Company (the city of Moscow) placed through exchange of the shares of the authorised capital of Stiltrans, limited liability company, into additional ordinary registered shares of the joint-stock company New Forwarding Company during reorganisation through merger, to assign state registration number 1-01-08551-А-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Europlan (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares at stock splitting, to assign state registration number 1-02-56453-Р to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Southern Urals Corporation for Housing Construction and Mortgage (the Chelyabinsk Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-45865-D-006D to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Lenta Center, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-36483-R to the issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company United Credit Systems (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15296-А-003D;

to register the report on the results of the issue of non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage backed bearer bonds of Specialised Financial Company UralSib Leasing 01 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36478-R;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Tambov Plant October (the Tambov Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-43160-А-007D.
