On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Krasnodar
Territory of 14 August 2015 on the forced liquidation of the credit
institution JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ENO (PUBLIC
JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1988,
date of registration — 7 August 1992) and appointing a receiver in
compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law
‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision
(Order No. OD-2321, dated 1 September 2015) to terminate from 2
September 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of
the credit institution JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ENO
(PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) appointed by Bank of Russia
Order No. OD-1552, dated 3 July 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the
Provisional Administration to the Krasnodar-based JOINT-STOCK
COMMERCIAL BANK ENO (PJSC) Due to the Revocation of Its
Banking Licence’.
