On securities issue

On 1 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rostovaeroinvest (the Rostov Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35513-Е-002D;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Voronezh Aircraft Production Association (the Voronezh Region) placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-02-40243-А-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Mosinzhproekt (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-14301-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company TV Center (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-03-01478-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sakhatransneftegas (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-65075-D-008D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Penza Greenhouse Complex (the Penza Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04423-Е-001D;

to cancel individual numbers (codes):

001D of state registration number 1-01-55295-Е-001D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 5 March 2015, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 21 May 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SUEK-Krasnoyarsk;

005D of state registration number 1-01-56828-D-005D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 27 January 2015, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 28 May 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company KAMAZ Leasing Company;

004D of state registration number 1-01-12332-Н-004D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 3 March 2015, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 28 May 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sanofi Russia;

001D of state registration number 1-02-05481-А-001D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 21 December 2011, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 15 April 2014) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific and Production Association PHYSICS;

005D of state registration number 1-01-55433-Е-005D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 5 December 2013, the date of the state registration of a report on the additional issue of securities is 25 December 2014) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Admiralty Shipyards.
