On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 20 May 2015, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Non-bank credit institution Delta Key, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3513-K, date of registration is 18 December 2012) and on the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1215, dated 1 June 2015) to terminate from 2 June 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution Non-bank credit institution Delta Key, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-529, dated 6 March 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Delta Key, Limited Liability Company, or LLC NCO Delta Key Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
