On Bank of Russia decisions of 29 May 2014

On 29 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Open joint-stock company Ural Project and Design Bureau Detail placed through private subscription.

To resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Open joint-stock company Comet Corporation of Special Purpose Space Systems.

To assign state registration number 1-01-15063-А-003D to this additional issue of securities.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Open joint-stock company Salavat Chemical Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of this additional issue is 1-01-04707-Е-001D.

To consider the issues of series 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the Limited liability company VTB Capital Finance abortive, to register reports on the results of issue of series 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the Limited liability company VTB Capital Finance, to cancel the state registration of issues of series 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company VTB Capital Finance placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of these issues are 4-16-36408-R, 4-17-36408-R, 4-19-36408-R, 4-20-36408-R, 4-21-36408-R, 4-22-36408-R, 4-23-36408-R.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Open joint-stock company Krasnaya Polyana placed through private subscription, the state registration number of this additional issue is 1-01-33085-Е-008D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Closed joint-stock company Terneftegaz placed through private subscription, the state registration number of this additional issue is 1-01-10250-K-004D.
