On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company
By its Order No. OD-240, dated 28 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 28 January 2016 the provisional administration to ZSG Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3513; location: 52 Elektrozavodskaya Street, bldg.
The decision to appoint the provisional administration followed the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3721, dated 24 December 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Nikolay Ye. Gulyashchikh, receiver (mailing address: 29/1 Skotoprogonnaya Street, office 697, Moscow 129029), member of the non-profit partnership of the First SRO AU Association (29/1 Skotoprogonnaya Street, office 697, Moscow 129029), has been approved as a head of the provisional administration.
