On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations

On 27 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off information on SberKassa, limited liability company, (PSRN 1147612000359), from the state register of microfinance organisations.

The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No. 151-FZ, dated 2 July 2010, ‘On Microfinance and Microfinance Organisations’ and other regulations, notably:

• the organisation carried out the activities to attract cash assets of private individuals who are not founders (members, participants, shareholders) worth less than 1.5 million rubles;
• the Charter of the organisation lacks the procedure for a disclosure to a non-limited number of people the information about the persons with substantial (direct and indirect) influence on the decisions taken by the management of this microfinance organisation.
