On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation, on 30 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 002527 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management, series AA No. 032025 of qualification corresponding to the position of a top, middle manager, a controller or a specialist of an organisation managing securities, as well as investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, series AA No. 032157 of qualification corresponding to the position of a securities market specialist in depository activity issued to Vadim Yu. Kiselyev, the sole executive body of Task Quadro Securities Investment Company, limited liability company;

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 002526 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management, series AV-001 No. 002575 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, series AA No. 032196 of qualification corresponding to the position of a securities market specialist in depository activity issued to Yuliya V. Zyulkovskaya, the controller of Task Quadro Securities Investment Company, limited liability company,

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 000681 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-001 No. 000592 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in depository activity issued to Vyacheslav Ye. Fedorinov, the sole executive body of the closed joint-stock company Infina Stock Centre;

— series АI qualification certificate No. 019389 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head, or a controller, or a specialist of an organisation which performs broker and/or dealer activity, series AA No. 030211 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head, or controller, or a specialist of an organisation which performs depository activity issued to Svetlana G. Terentyva, the controller of the closed joint-stock company Infina Stock Centre.
