On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) or CB INVESTMENT UNION (LLC) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1395, dated 19 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2314, dated 31 August 2015):

to withdraw A.F. Kapustin from the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) from 1 September 2015;

to include Ye.P. Putilina to the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) from 1 September 2015.
