On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, limited liability company, or CB INTERCOMMERZ LLC appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1017, dated 28 March 2016):

to withdraw Ye.A. Krayeva, I.G. Omelchenko, A.A. Ivanko from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, limited liability company, from 29 March 2016;

to introduce R.E. Shchetinin into the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, limited liability company, from 29 March 2016.
