Second issue of Financial Market Regulation Review published
The Bank of Russia publishes the second issue of Financial Market Regulation Review featuring cyber security. The issue highlights information security culture, cyber risks and sources of cyber threats, and cyber security standards. Moreover, Russian and international experience in building information protection infrastructure is being considered.
The Review also expounds on consultation papers of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on assessing rating agencies and introducing financial indicators regulation. The section Security and Protection of Customers’ Rights publishes information on a special secure channel for anonymous appeals and complaints by financial services consumers developed by the German financial regulator.
The following issues of the Review will be published bimonthly.
