Bank of Russia holds first Eurasian Roundtable

Representatives of the Eurasian countries’ central (national) banks and the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development discussed key macroeconomic issues at the IMF Annual Meetings in Washington. The roundtable was convened on the Bank of Russia’s initiative.
The participants in the event focused on assessments of the current situation in the national economies and economic outlook in the region as a whole.
Representatives of the Eurasian countries’ regulators hope that the cooperation will continue and support the idea of holding this roundtable on a regular basis.
