Bank of Russia updates list of foreign securities accessible to qualified investors

This will not apply to securities from the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and international financial institutions that are recorded only in the infrastructure of the EAEU countries. They will be accessible to non-qualified investors as well.

Also, only qualified investors will be able to acquire derivatives on such securities. The latter will be actually delivered when the terms of the derivatives are complied with.

The relevant Ordinance has been registered by the Russian Ministry of Justice.
