Bank of Russia to raise financial literacy of population together with Moscow public services centres

The Bank of Russia forwarded information booklets OSAGO+ and Microfinance Organisation developed in 2015 to Moscow public services centres My Documents (MFC).

The OSAGO+ booklet will help citizens to look into the issues of amended legislation on the compulsory motor third party liability insurance, including increased payments for damage caused to life and health and for material damage, as well as raised limits of payments under the European Accident Statement.

The Microfinance Organisation booklet contains useful information on the peculiarities of microfinance organisation functioning, effective interest rate, types of microloans, the procedure for their issue and repayment.

All the booklets are freely available at public services centres (MFC), visitors can take them home.

The Bank of Russia plans to further distribute other information materials to raise financial literacy through the public services centres.
