The Bank of Russia has published the Monetary Policy Guidelines for
Earlier, the draft document was considered by the Government of the Russian Federation and was discussed by the State Duma at working meetings.
The final document takes into account the key rate decision and the macroeconomic forecast approved by the Bank of Russia on 27 October, as well as statistics and other data released as of 20 October 2023.
