Bank of Russia submits updated draft Monetary Policy Guidelines for 2024–2026 to State Duma

In this strategic document, the Bank of Russia explains its approaches to implementing monetary policy in the current economic environment and presents the baseline and alternative scenarios of economic development for the next three years.
Earlier, the draft was submitted for consideration to the President and the Government of the Russian Federation.
The document takes into account the Bank of Russia’s decisions on the key rate made on 15 August and 15 September, the updated macroeconomic forecast of 15 September, as well as statistics and other data released over the period from 10 August to 22 September 2023.
