Bank of Russia puts first company on register of participants in partnership financing experiment

AK BARS Bank has become the first institution put on the register of participants in the partnership financing experiment. The procedure for including banks in this register is stipulated in the Bank of Russia Ordinance.
The partnership financing experiment is carried out from 1 September 2023 to 1 September 2025 in four pilot regions: the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chechen Republic, and the Republic of Dagestan. The experiment will help assess market participants’ interest in the new financial instruments and enhance financial inclusion for Russian people, as well as for small and medium-sized businesses.
