Bank of Russia publishes its second insurer ranking based on CMTPLI-related complaints

The position of each company in the ranking is determined by the relative number of complaints per 10,000 policyholders of an insurer. The companies are listed in order of decreasing complaint rates.
The regulator takes into account only those complaints that have been deemed valid, confirming violations of consumer rights.
The second ranking is based on the statistics of CMTPLI-related complaints received in 2022. The first ranking was released in late 2021, and then its publication was suspended. The next ranking will cover the results of 2023.
