Bank of Russia to overview major economic trends
The Bank of Russia Research and Forecasting Department introduces the first issue of the bulletin Talking Trends. Authors of the report intend to regularly publish analytical insights into the most relevant trends in the economy and financial markets in Russia and globally.
The bulletin is based on the evaluation of short-term statistical data and will be helpful for real-time monitoring of the economy. Authors of the report use the revealed trends to draw conclusions on the most likely dynamics of macroeconomic indicators in the short term.
The new publication is addressed to both professional community and mass media and the general public and to be published in the subsection Working Paper Series of the section Information and Analytical Materials on the Bank of Russia website.
Conclusions published in the Talking Trends may be different from the official standpoint taken by the Bank of Russia.
