Bank of Russia offers internship to Financial University students

Student internships at the Bank of Russia are part of Student Laboratory, a joint project of the Bank of Russia and the Financial University under the RF Government. More details of the projects were available from Ilshat Yangirov, Head of the BoR Main Branch for the Central Federal District, and Yulia Sadykova, Deputy Head of the BoR HR Department. Their article ‘Financial specialist training and university relations of the BoR Main Branch for the Central Federal District’, has been published in the October issue of the Money and Credit journal.

Students doing internships at the BoR Main Branch for the Central Federal District will help monitor publicly available information, an activity aimed at securing regulatory disclosure and detecting related parties. Interns will also take part in the initiative of developing automated project management for non-bank financial institutions.

Student Laboratory is planned to boost efforts to upgrade young specialists’ skills and train pools of highly qualified people to subsequently join the Bank of Russia, commercial banks and other financial companies.
