In 2022 Q1, the amount of funds placed by equity housing construction participants in escrow accounts exceeded 3.7 trillion rubles. The record amount of funds raised in this quarter indicates that housing sales remain high.
Developers’ loan portfolio for the quarter increased to 3.1 trillion rubles. Project financing of developers is one of the main drivers of lending, which accounted for 43% of the quarterly growth of the corporate portfolio.
