in a foreground below – the Saint Peter Cathedral of the Vysoko-Petrovsky Monastery in a metaphoric boat floating on the stormy sea, behind it – temples and the belfry of the monastery against a matted background of a city, inscriptions along the rim – above: "ВЫСОКО-ПЕТРОВСКИЙ МОНАСТЫРЬ" (VYSOKO-PETROVSKY MONASTERY), below: "МОСКВА" (MOSCOW).
