Shein in old Russian clothes holding the mace in the hand, to the left of him on the fragment of a stone wall - a cartouche with dates in two lines: "1662" and "1700", behind the wall - colligate images of military victories and reforms: a soldier in European clothes, a mortar, a spear with the streamer-mark, a poleaxe, the banner of the Second Azov Campaign, in the background a fortress tower, in the centre - а pulling boat and a sailing vessel on the smooth sea surface, to the right along the rim - the inscription: "А.С. ШЕИН" (A.S. SHEIN).
