a panoramic view of architectural monuments of the Kazan Kremlin. The inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "КАЗАНСКИЙ КРЕМЛЬ" (KAZAN KREMLIN), at the bottom - "XVI-XIX вв." (XVITH-XIXTH centuries).

The Kazan Kremlin was built in the 16th century and rebuilt in the 17th-19th centuries. An architectural monument of the capital of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, it comprises the Annunciation Cathedral (1562), the 58-metres-high Watchtower, the Palace Church and the Governor's Palace.
