Obverse

(2014), to the right – the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

Reverse

on the right part of the disc, against a background of a page of Lermontov’s manuscript – the scene of a duel, under it – dates: "1814" and "1841", below – the portrait of Mikhail Lermontov according to the painting by K.A. Gorbunov, over it – the facsimile signature of the writer and two characters of his drama "Masquerade".
