the mirror field of the disc bears a relief image of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation, over it along the rim there is the semicircular inscription ‘РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ’ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) framed on both sides by doubled rhombuses, below under the coat of arms there are indications of the precious metal and its fineness on the left and the fine metal content and the mint trade mark on the right, at the bottom in the centre, in three lines, there is an inscription ‘БАНК РОССИИ’ (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination of the coin ‘3 РУБЛЯ’ (3 RUBLES), and the year of issue ‘2020 г.’ (2020).

the mirror field of the disc bears a relief image of the Accounts Chamber building in Moscow; at the top there is a coloured image of the emblem of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation; there are inscriptions: a two-line inscription ‘25 ЛЕТ’ (25 YEARS) at the bottom and ‘СЧЕТНАЯ ПАЛАТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ’ (THE ACCOUNTS CHAMBER OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION) along the rim.

The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation is the supreme state audit institution established in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The tasks of the Accounts Chamber include the organisation and monitoring of the intended and efficient use of federal budget funds and auditing the feasibility and efficiency of achieving strategic goals of social and economic development of the Russian Federation.

In the capacity of a parliamentary control body, the Accounts Chamber promotes transparency and efficiency in the management of budget funds and public resources in general, promotes greater accountability of government bodies and increases orientation of their activities towards the implementation of public interests.

The mission of the Accounts Chamber is to promote fair and responsible governance as a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the Russian society and a dignified life of Russian citizens.

In 2018–2021, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation is presiding over the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI).
