On personnel appointments and allocation of duties between Bank of Russia Deputy Governors

From 1 August 2023, Bank of Russia First Deputy Governor Ksenia Yudaeva will work as Adviser to the Bank of Russia Governor. She will remain in charge of the development of research and analytics at the Bank of Russia, in the first place the scientific and methodological support for cross-functional projects in data analysis and data-based decision making. In addition, Ksenia Yudaeva will be responsible for communication with the academic and expert communities and universities concerning education and research.

Ksenia Yudaeva remains a member of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors and Financial Stability Committee.

Bank of Russia First Deputy Governor Vladimir Chistyukhin will control and coordinate the Risk Analysis Service, Bank of Russia Deputy Governor Philipp Gabunia — the Financial Stability Department, Bank of Russia Deputy Governor Alexey Zabotkin — the Research and Forecasting Department and the Statistics Department, and Bank of Russia Deputy Governor Valery Kazarin — the Data Governance Department.
