On termination by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of the provisional administration

Due to the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank BTA-Kazan (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1581, date of registration — 03.10.1991) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1968 dated 31 July 2014) to terminate from 31 July 2014 the functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank BTA-Kazan the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1162 dated 27 May 2014 ‘On Assigning Functions of Provisional Administration of the Kazan-based Open Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank BTA-Kazan or OJSC JSCB BTA-Kazan to the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency’.
