On OJSC Moscow Exchange shares selling price

The Bank of Russia took a decision on the selling price of the open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS (OJSC Moscow Exchange) 267,274,238 ordinary shares owned by the Bank of Russia. The shares were sold through international offering. The demand has outreached supply by several times. The offer price was 60 rubles per share. Bids of 96 investors were satisfied. This being said, the investors who decided to settle in US dollars use the official exchange rate established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of 2 July 2014 of 34.2275 rubles per one US dollar.
