JSC NPCS and VISA Payment System LLC concluded agreement to transfer VISA card transactions to NPCS processing

On 18 February 2015, JSC NPCS and VISA Payment System LLC concluded a bilateral agreement on operating and clearing services on domestic VISA payment system card transactions to be provided by NPCS processing center.

The Bank of Russia, JSC NPCS and VISA Payment System LLC also concluded a trilateral agreement determining the procedure for providing settlement services associated with the aforementioned operations through the Bank of Russia.
