LLP Pioneer Capital Invest – new owner of JSC Asian-Pacific Bank

The Bank of Russia and LLP Pioneer Capital Invest, the winner in the auction held on 17 September 2021, have signed the contract for the sale and purchase of 100% of JSC Asian-Pacific Bank’s shares (Reg. No. 1810; hereinafter, the Bank).

The Bank of Russia received 14,000,000,013.13 rubles for the shares.

Moreover, the new owner is to transfer a part of the Bank’s net profit for the first nine months of 2021 to the Bank of Russia by 30 November 2021.

On 5 October 2021, the Bank’s shares will be transferred to the new owner — LLP Pioneer Capital Invest.

Further on, the Bank’s corporate decisions and development strategy will be determined by the new owner.
